operations

Every agreed task.
From the first shift.

Our skilled remote operators run your machines at lower operating cost. We manage training, shifts and supervision, and use the recorded operations to train autonomy.

full task coverage

100% of your agreed
machine tasks.

People handle the routine work, changing conditions and exceptions. As we validate autonomous functions, they take on more of the workflow, with human support on hand.

outside the agreed tasks

We agree machine tasks before deployment. Refuelling, maintenance and other physical site duties remain part of the site operating plan.

Measured before.
Measured after.

We record your machine's performance before we run it. Then every shift after.

You see whether remote operation improves your business. Shift by shift.

shift coverage

Coverage for the hours
your site needs.

Plan one shift or several, including nights and weekends. Operators follow agreed handovers, task requirements and site procedures.

One machine handed between three remote shifts across 24 hours A single machine bar runs unbroken across a 24 hour axis. Above it, three operator shifts sit end to end: shift A from 06:00, shift B from 14:00, shift C from 22:00. At each boundary a handover marker shows control released by the outgoing operator, a shift note passing across, and control claimed by the incoming operator. The machine bar is continuous through both handovers, and the middle shift is marked as the one currently holding control.
