retrofit

The machines you own.
The foundation for autonomy.

We equip your machinery for remote operation and the data capture that supports autonomy. Skilled operators can then deliver your agreed workflow at lower operating cost while we develop and validate autonomous tasks.

operating savings

Savings start with
remote operation.

Skilled remote operators lower the labour cost of your agreed workload from the first commissioned shift. We show the service cost, required site support and upfront retrofit as separate lines, so you can see the estimated monthly saving and payback period.

As validated autonomy takes on more work, we aim to reduce operating costs further.

what you get

Put more of your
machine to work.

lower operating cost
Reduce the labour cost of your existing workload through managed remote operation.
more shift coverage
Add coverage for nights, weekends and hard-to-fill shifts.
existing equipment
Extend the capability of machinery already in your fleet.
operators away from the machine
Move operators out of the cab and away from its dust, noise and vibration.
a foundation for autonomy
Capture the operating data needed to train and validate autonomous functions.

delivery

A clear plan
for your machine.

We confirm feasibility before we quote.

01 · assess

We inspect the machine

We review its controls, workload, connectivity and site requirements.

you get an installed cost

02 · install

We fit and commission

We fit the agreed systems and commission remote operation.

existing controls retained where compatible

03 · operate

The shifts begin

We run the agreed shifts, measure performance and collect training data.

billed by the machine hour

One inspection prices one machine, not a fleet.

what we install

One retrofit.
Four essential systems.

We design each retrofit for its machine. We keep existing controls and safety functions where they are compatible with the approved design.

hardware and screens

The kit.

01 · exterior A green material handler stands on its outriggers in a scrap yard, its grapple raised. Ringed callouts mark camera positions on the stick, the boom and the cab, with a fourth ring on an enclosure low on the machine's side.
02 · cameras Three camera modules and a GMSL2 coaxial lead on a workbench beside a 150 mm steel rule. Labels name each one and the tier it serves: a ZED X stereo pair for drive, a ZED X One GS for the boom, a Gemini 335Lg for cab context.
03 · enclosure A moravec enclosure bolted to the rear of a SENNEBOGEN 830, its door open on the rack inside. Callouts mark a drive camera and status beacon on the cab, the bulkhead glands, and the edge compute, network switch and power trays.
04 · inside Inside an open enclosure, labelled: a safety controller on DIN rail, 24 V DC power with a UPS, a dual-path WAN router, and compute taking GMSL2 camera input. Antenna leads pass through glands and the compute sits on vibration isolators.
05 · station An operator sits at a three-screen remote station, one hand on the control grip, working a material handler over a scrap pile. Callouts mark the drive-tier video, the link-health readout, the joysticks and the station compute tower.
06 · dashboard Callouts on the fleet dashboard mark the KPI tiles, the per-machine status column and the live position map. Below them sit utilisation charts, an operator and site comparison, an alert feed and a live camera strip.

safety

Tested responses.
Clear control.

We test stop behaviour, loss of communication and control handovers during commissioning. Your deployment plan defines how the machine reaches its assessed safe state.

The operator leaves the cab. The machine still moves in an occupied yard.
